What you'll do

  • Develop and execute quarterly marketing plans aligned to mission objectives and annual business goals.
  • Grow TM Forum's mission community through audience acquisition, segmentation, email marketing, nurturing and engagement programmes.
  • Create and optimise integrated campaigns that drive engagement with TM Forum capabilities, generate marketing-qualified leads, and support commercial growth across thought leadership, research, webinars, education and certification programmes, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate complex industry topics into compelling audience-focused campaigns and messaging.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to optimise targeting, nurture programmes, reporting, lead scoring inputs and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign, audience and engagement performance, using insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Act as the marketing lead for your mission, collaborating across Membership, Insights, Education, Communications and other teams to deliver shared objectives.
  • Act as a senior member of the marketing team, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and ways of working and to demonstrate best practice across the marketing team.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing within telecommunications. Experience marketing complex telco technology products and services.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing, demand generation and email marketing programmes that drive engagement, lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua or similar, and Salesforce.
  • Experience translating complex technology concepts into compelling audience-focused messaging and campaigns.
  • Strong commercial mindset, analytical skills and experience using data to optimise marketing performance.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for innovation, with experience using generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar to improve marketing effectiveness, creativity and productivity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project management skills.
