Product Marketing Manager Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office) About the role TM Forum is the global industry member alliance for telco and tech companies with over 800 communication service providers, vendors, hyperscalers, consultancies and system integrators, including the world’s top ten CSPs and top three hyperscalers. The TM Forum marketing team set the brand strategy, create and deliver our go-to-market, support lines of business and events, and drive member value through engaging campaigns and communications. We are seeking a hands-on Product / Solution Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. This is a new role focussed on driving the adoption and growth of our 3 industry focussed Missions, related solutions, and Open Digital Architecture (ODA) products through strategic marketing initiatives. You will play a key role in bridging technical product development gap and the market needs to deliver impactful marketing strategies. What you’ll do: Working into the Director of Product Marketing to develop clear, compelling messaging that highlights the value and differentiation of our Missions and ODA-compliant products. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product marketing strategies. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for our Missions and ODA-related products, including product launches and promotional campaigns. Create high-quality marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, blog posts, presentations, and website content. Strong influencer skills and ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with a wide variety of colleagues. Work closely with Mission owners, product management, engineering, sales, and events teams to align product development with their marketing demands. An ability to move from the big picture to taking hands-on responsibility for delivering high quality practical outputs within short timeframes. Build relationships with customers to gather feedback and identify use cases for ODA adoption. Represent TM Forum at industry events, webinars, and conferences to promote Mission solutions and engage stakeholders. Must have a dynamic and flexible attitude and an ability to work with people at all levels within the organization Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands What you’ll need to succeed: 3–5 years in product marketing or a related role within the telecommunications or technology sector. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to create engaging content tailored for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and customer insights. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of OSS/BSS systems; familiarity with cloud-native technologies is a plus. Knowledge of TM Forum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA), including Open APIs and microservices architectures would set a candidate apart. Experience working in Agile environments.
