Digital Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK (Hybrid, 2 days a week in office)

About the role
TM Forum is the global industry member alliance for telco and tech companies with over 800 communication service providers, vendors, hyperscalers, consultancies and system integrators, including the world’s top ten CSPs and top three hyperscalers.

The TM Forum marketing team set the brand strategy, create and deliver our go-to-market, support lines of business and events, and drive member value through engaging campaigns and communications.

We’re looking for a savvy Digital Marketing manager who is proactive, engaged and passionate about all things digital. We’re amid a digital transformation journey, with loads of opportunity for a new team member to make a big impact.
What you’ll do :

  • Own the digital marketing strategy across our corporate website and microsites.
  • Work with our Data & Digital Experience (DTDX) team to develop, articulate and embed marketing requirements into the TM Forum digital strategy.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including product marketing, membership marketing, sales and third-party suppliers to create a high-quality online experience that delivers results.
  • Governance of content management strategy, making sure we’re using appropriate taxonomy, meta data and tags.
  • Ownership of search engine optimisation strategy, as well as providing guidance to business content creators.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure a seamless user experience and high conversion rates.
  • Experiment and innovate with a focus on optimisation.
  • Work with the DTDX team to provide analytics, insights and reporting back into the marketing team and to our internal stakeholders.
  • Manage website updates on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Write insightful and accurate content that speaks to potential and current members, partners and sponsors.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 5 years\’ experience in a digital marketing role ideally within a B2B / tech landscape.
  • Experience creating and delivering digital marketing strategy.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and systems with preference for marketing. automation (Marketo), Salesforce CRM, Content Management Systems, and analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Growth or experiment methodology experience a plus.
  • Project management experience with a provenability to prioritise work and meetdeadlines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; written, verbal, presentation.
  • Business-level copywriting skills.
  • Design and Canva skills are a plus but not required.
  • A \”can-do\” attitude, and collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are very welcome!).
