We’re hiring a Test Automation Lead (Tricentis Tosca) to join our team in Richmond, VA. This role offers a hybrid schedule, with 50% onsite work required.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software testing focused on test automation using Tricentis Tosca
- Hands‑on experience with qTest for test management and reporting
- Deep expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including model‑based test automation, test case design, and execution
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for CI/CD integration and pipeline automation
- Proficiency in Jira for Agile project tracking and defect management
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and SDLC
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, ensuring seamless execution and reporting
- Leverage qTest for test management, traceability, and reporting, ensuring alignment with business and compliance needs
- Integrate test automation with Jira to manage test‑related tasks, defects, and user stories, ensuring transparency and traceability
- Develop and maintain reusable test components, modules, and test cases in Tosca
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into automated test scenarios
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to test automation and SAP test environments

Education/Certifications
