We are looking for caring and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join our Hospice at Home team, providing high-quality palliative and end-of-life care to patients in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes across North West and South West Hertfordshire. What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality personal and holistic care to patients in their own homes.
- Support patients with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Promote dignity, independence, and person-centred care at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary hospice team.
Shift Patterns
We offer flexible shift patterns including:
- 8:00am - 8:00pm
- 8:00am - 2:00pm
- 3:00pm - 8:00pm
