Science Teacher - The Role
As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that develop students' scientific knowledge and practical understanding.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Teaching Biology, Chemistry and Physics in line with the school curriculum
- Preparing KS4 students for GCSE Science examinations
- Making scientific concepts accessible and engaging for students of different abilities
- Encouraging scientific enquiry, practical investigation and critical thinkingli>
- Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining positive classroom behaviour and high expectations
- Adapting lessons to support different learning needs
- Working collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department
Applicants must hold QTS or QTLS and have the ability to deliver Science across KS3 and KS4.
Science Teacher - The School
This is a secondary school in Luton, supporting students throughout their secondary education.
