Are you a qualified English Teacher with the ability to inspire young people and develop a real love of reading, writing and analysis? Can you deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable), supporting students to build confidence in literacy, comprehension and extended writing? This mixed secondary school in the Greenwich area, educating students aged 11-19 in a calm, inclusive and ambitious environment, is seeking a dedicated English specialist to join the department from September. The successful applicant will deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable), contribute to curriculum planning, support intervention strategies, and help drive strong outcomes in English.
This role is paid at Outer London MPS/UPS, with the potential for a permanent contract from September for the right candidate.
