The ideal candidate will have experience working with secondary pupils across KS3, KS4 and KS5, particularly students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. The setting is a specialist provision based in West Drayton, supporting pupils who are unable to attend mainstream school due to behavioural challenges and additional emotional needs. This provision offers a safe, structured, and supportive environment where students can continue their education and work towards achieving their qualifications.
