This school is looking for an experienced EYFS/KS1 SEN Teacher to lead a small class of pupils with autism, communication needs, and developmental delay. You will plan and deliver highly differentiated, play-based and structured learning activities that support early communication, social development, and foundational academic skills. You will work closely with support staff and therapists to ensure each pupil's EHCP targets are met through a personalised approach.

The ideal EYFS/KS1 SEN Teacher will have strong knowledge of early years development, excellent behaviour management skills, and experience adapting learning for pupils with complex needs. This is a permanent position starting ASAP.

This is a specialist SEN school supporting approximately 70-120 pupils aged 4-16 with autism, communication needs, and moderate learning difficulties. The school provides a structured, nurturing environment with small class sizes, a strong focus on early intervention, sensory learning, and communication development.
