School Administrator - The Role

As a School Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the school and help ensure the smooth running of the school's day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support across the school
  • Managing emails, telephone calls and enquiries from staff, students and parents
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating school systems
  • Preparing documents, letters and other correspondence
  • Supporting attendance and student records where required
  • Liaising with staff, parents and external contacts professionally
  • Assisting with meetings, appointments and general office duties
  • Handling confidential information appropriately

School Administrator - The Candidate
