We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Year 4 for a September 2026 start on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive setting, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations as they progress through Key Stage 2.
Role
You will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupils' academic progress and personal development. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and benefit from a structured ECT induction programme.

- Has (or is on track to achieve) QTS
- Has a secure understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
