Full-time, long-term position paid at MPS/UPS (Inner London) teaching a Year 3 class (Lower KS2, ages 7-8). Applicants must hold QTS and have experience teaching in KS2.

We are working with a supportive and forward-thinking primary school in Islington that is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their team from February 2026. This role involves taking full class responsibility, supporting pupils as they transition from KS1 into KS2. You will deliver engaging, well-paced lessons that build independence, resilience, and strong foundational skills across the curriculum.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong behaviour management, clear expectations, and the ability to differentiate effectively to meet a range of learning needs. You will work collaboratively with parallel class teachers, teaching assistants, and the wider KS2 team, contributing to planning, assessment, and enrichment opportunities across the year group.
