TLTP Education is recruiting a Key Stage 3 SEN Teacher for a specialist SEND school in Uxbridge.

You will teach a KS3 class of pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties, following the National Curriculum with emphasis on literacy, numeracy and social skills.

You will lead a team of SEND Teaching Assistants and differentiate lessons to meet individual needs.

You will work with families and professionals to support EHCP outcomes, ensuring safeguarding and high standards of inclusive education
