Overview

Tutor Required - Part-time (potential for full time) - Harlow

Responsibilities

You will be focusing on providing tailored one-to-one support to students with complex needs including social, emotional and mental health both inside and outside the classroom. You will be required to deliver core academic subjects such as Maths & Science whilst also assisting with behavioural challenges and building self-esteem and confidence. Previous experience with extremely challenging behaviour is required.

This purpose-built special school caters to students aged 7-16 that have been or are at risk of permanent exclusion from their mainstream school due to various reasons mostly due to behaviour. The school offers a nurturing, inclusive environment for students with SEMH and other associated needs.
