TLTP are currently working with a Hatfield-based secondary school who are looking to recruit an SEN Teaching Assistant to support students across KS3 and KS4. This position will start immediately and run for the remainder of the academic year.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils in KS3 and KS4, providing individual and small-group support within mainstream classroom settings. You will help students with ASD, ADHD and other learning differences to engage fully in lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their learning goals. You’ll work closely with teachers and the SENCo to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous SEN experience who is looking to build their skills in a secondary school setting.
