Are you an experienced Office Manager with a background in education or a busy administrative environment? Are you organised, confident dealing with staff, parents and visitors, and able to manage the day-to-day running of a busy school office? If so, this could be the role for you.

This girls' secondary school and Sixth Form in South East London is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join the school on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the school office, supporting the wider administration team and acting as a key point of contact for staff, students, parents and visitors. The role will require someone highly organised and confident managing competing priorities within a busy school environment. Previous school office or education administration experience would be beneficial.

The position would suit an experienced Office Manager, School Business Administrator, Senior Administrator or experienced school receptionist looking to take on a temporary opportunity. The role is paying Β£160 to Β£220 per day, depending on experience.

The school is a large Roman Catholic girls' secondary school and Sixth Form in South East London, educating students aged 11–18. It is a diverse and established school community with a strong academic focus and a broad curriculum, alongside Sixth Form provision. The school has a clear focus on supporting students throughout their secondary education and provides a busy, professional environment for its staff.
