Premises Lead - South East London - £18 to £24 per hour - Temp to Perm
Are you an experienced Premises Lead or Site Manager looking for a new opportunity within a school environment?
TLTP Education is currently working with a successful school in South East London who are looking to appoint a Premises Lead to oversee the day-to-day running of the site on a temp to perm basis.
The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the school site is safe, secure, clean and well maintained, while supporting and coordinating the wider premises team.
The successful Premises Lead will:
- Have previous experience in a Premises Lead, Site Manager or Facilities role
- Ideally have experience working within a school or similar environment
- Have experience overseeing a premises and cleaning team
- Be confident managing day-to-day site operations
- Have a good understanding of health and safety and site compliance
- Be able to coordinate contractors, maintenance and repairs
- Have strong organisational and communication skills
- Be practical, proactive and able to resolve issues effectively
- Be confident working independently and managing competing priorities
- Be committed to safeguarding and maintaining a safe environment
