A small SEN school in Hertfordshire is looking for experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work with pupils who have complex needs, including those with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting both one‑to‑one and group settings.
Responsibilities:- Work individually with pupils (1‑to‑1) and as part of group activities.
- Support students with severe or complex needs to achieve their learning goals.
- Assist teachers in lesson planning, implementation, and monitoring pupil progress.
- Collaborate with the school team to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
