We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a thriving two-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Redbridge, for an enthusiastic and committed Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026 in a permanent role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to start their career in a friendly, supportive, and well-resourced school, with experienced colleagues and a strong focus on professional growth.

The role:

  • You will take responsibility for a class in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, planning and delivering high-quality lessons that engage pupils and support their academic and personal development.
  • Working in a two-form entry school, you will benefit from close collaboration with a year group partner, shared planning, and the support of an experienced staff team.
