We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Waltham Forest to recruit a committed and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) Year 4 for a September 2026 start on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive setting, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations as they progress through Key Stage 2.
The role:
- You will take responsibility for a Year 4 class, delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that support pupils' academic progress and personal development.
- You will be supported by experienced colleagues and benefit from a structured ECT induction programme.
