This secondary academy in South East London is looking for an experienced Deputy Pastoral professional to join the school on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider pastoral and senior leadership teams, helping to maintain high standards of behaviour, attendance and student welfare.
The role will involve supporting students with pastoral and behavioural needs, working with parents and carers, liaising with Heads of Year and other staff, and helping to ensure students remain engaged with their education. This would suit an experienced Pastoral Leader, Head of Year, Assistant Head of Year, Behaviour Lead or Deputy Pastoral professional with strong knowledge of working within a secondary school.
