The Role:

We are seeking a reliable, proactive, and hardworking individual to join a welcoming school team from September 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, security, and smooth operation of the school premises. Duties will include opening and closing the school site, carrying out basic repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors, monitoring health and safety procedures, and ensuring the school environment remains safe, clean, and well-presented at all times.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to work independently while supporting the wider school community. Previous experience within a school setting is desirable, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance procedures.
