Can you deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 to KS5 while maintaining strong classroom management and supporting pupils' learning? This secondary school is seeking a reliable and adaptable Cover Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a positive learning environment. You will be expected to manage behaviour effectively, follow school policies, and support students of all abilities. This is a full-time temporary position from January 2026 to July 2026, paid at a daily rate of £130 to £150, depending on experience.

This is a mixed secondary school and Sixth Form in Hertfordshire, educating approximately 1,300–1,320 students aged 11–18. The school was rated “Good” in its most recent inspection, with strong standards in teaching, behaviour, pastoral care, and leadership.
