Compliance Officer About the Role
As a Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that teachers and support staff meet the highest compliance standards, aligning with the REC s Gold Standards. You will play a critical role in safeguarding quality and ensuring that candidates are job ready.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Quick to learn new systems and processes
- Resilient, with the ability to handle compliance challenges efficiently
What we offer:

- A structured schedule with two shifts: 8:30am 5:30pm or 7:00am 4:00pm
- Duvet day – earn an extra day’s holiday for achieving 100% attendance each quarter (up to 4 days per year)
