The role includes coordinating a team of Therapeutic Education Practitioners (Learning Mentors) and delivering direct teaching time to meet the needs of the class groups and pupils.
You will differentiate the National Curriculum for ASC/SEMH pupils, develop IEBIPs with SMART targets, and work with the SLT and Clinical team to identify intervention needs.
