TLTP are currently working with a Watford-based secondary school who are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4. This position will start immediately and run for the remainder of the academic year.

Typical responsibilities and impact
- Provide one-to-one and small-group support within mainstream classrooms and through targeted interventions for pupils who have SEMH, SEBD or ASD needs.
- Help students develop coping strategies, improve social skills, and stay engaged in learning.
- Collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and pastoral teams to develop individual behaviour plans, monitor progress, and ensure students feel supported in a safe, structured learning environment.
- Experience with Team Teach or MAPA training would be beneficial.
