TLTP are currently working with a Watford-based secondary school who are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4. This position will start immediately and run for the remainder of the academic year.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils who have SEMH, SEBD or ASD needs, providing one-to-one and small-group support within mainstream classrooms and through targeted interventions. You'll help students develop coping strategies, improve social skills, and stay engaged in learning. You'll collaborate with teachers, the SENCo, and pastoral teams to develop individual behaviour plans, monitor progress, and ensure students feel supported in a safe, structured learning environment.

Experience with Team Teach or MAPA training would be beneficial.
