Assistant Headteacher – The Role This school is looking for 3 Assistant Headteachers to join their 3-site school and improve their strong leadership team, bringing a great work ethic and a positive attitude. For this Assistant Headteacher\’s role, the school ideally would like someone with experience as an Assistant Headteacher or experience within the Senior Leadership Team for a school, college or provision. The school would like someone who has preferably had some experience working with SEN. This is a permanent role starting ASAP, the school have also said they could consider a January start. Assistant Headteacher – The School This is an SEN school in the London Borough of Brent, catering to 60 pupils in each site between the ages of 6-19. This school is located a short walk from multiple train stations coming from both the jubilee line and northern line with easy access on bus routes also. The school is an SEN school catering for pupils with a range of SEN needs, covering children with ASD, SEMH and a few cases of PMLD. All students are on a EHCP and have been placed in the school by the local authority. The school strives to provide a deep understanding of each pupil and deliver the best outcome for their students. This school is currently a Good rated Ofsted school with outstanding in quality of education and personal development.
