Cover Supervisor – The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff and ensuring students remain focused and engaged with their learning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-set lessons and work across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's expectations
- Supporting students with their learning where required
- Maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment
