Lettings & Operations Co-ordinator – The Role
As a Lettings & Operations Co-ordinator, you will provide day-to-day operational support across the school's Hertfordshire group of schools, with a particular focus on managing lettings, supporting pupil transport and assisting the Estates team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and administering school lettings across sports halls, gyms, classrooms, meeting rooms and other facilities
Responding to enquiries and building positive relationships with external organisations, clubs and community groups
Promoting school facilities to increase lettings and generate additional income
Arranging bookings and ensuring facilities are prepared and appropriate checks are completed
Monitoring lettings to ensure safeguarding, health and safety and site requirements are followed
Supporting pupil transport arrangements and supervising pupils while they wait for transport
Managing staff parking allocations and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the management of the school's fleet vehicles and ensuring statutory requirements are maintained
Providing practical administrative and operational support to the Estates team
Supporting emergency procedures and wider site operations when required
