Cover Supervisor – The Role
- Supervising classes in the absence of teaching staff and ensuring students remain focused and engaged with their learning.
- Delivering pre-set lessons and work across a range of subjects.
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school’s expectations.
- Supporting students with their learning where required.
- Maintaining a positive and purposeful classroom environment.
- Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team.
- Ensuring students remain on task throughout lessons.
