From supporting campaigns and creating compelling materials to delivering client events, you’ll be involved in work that has real impact. This is a varied, fast-paced role with plenty of opportunity to build your skills across sales enablement, marketing and stakeholder engagement. You’ll work alongside colleagues across business development, marketing and bids—and with external partners—to bring ideas to life and deliver high-quality, client-focused activity.

- You will provide business development support to several practice teams in the firm, including competition, trade and regulation.
- You will also work very closely with our sector teams, feeding into and supporting our to-market approach.
This Role Requires You To:
- Produce high‑quality sales materials including credentials documents, proposals, pitch presentations and bid content; and support the central bids team through effective use of precedent and pitch management systems.
- Support business development planning and sales activity, helping to target new clients, identify cross‑selling opportunities and progress business development and client plans.
- Deliver marketing and communications activity, including service reports, digital marketing, website and social media content, directory and award submissions, and internal communications.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver events and campaigns (virtual, hybrid and in‑person), managing all aspects of event delivery from invitations and materials through to supplier liaison, reporting and follow‑up.
- Support thought leadership and PR activity, including producing digital content (videos, podcasts), working with external partners, being mindful of budgets and supplier costs for marketing activity.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a business development or marketing role within a professional service or similarly regulated environment.
- Experience supporting bids, proposals, client development activity or marketing campaigns.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel) with the ability to produce well-presented documents, reports and presentations.
- Experience of using CRM systems, maintaining accurate contact data and supporting data quality.
- Strong written skills, with the ability to draft clear and engaging content for bids, proposals and client communications.
- Ability to support the identification of opportunities and contribute ideas to support business development objectives.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality work under time pressure.
- Ability to support the coordination of projects and tasks, ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent (equivalent experience will be considered).

You will report into a Business Development Manager and be part of the Business Development & Marketing team.
