Our busy Employment team continues to grow, and we are recruiting for a specialist Business Immigration Senior Paralegal to join us in either Manchester or Birmingham, with flexible hybrid working. This opportunity is ideally suited to a specialist Business Immigration Paralegal or Advisor. However, we would also be interested in speaking with candidates who have experience across a mix of business immigration, personal immigration and employment matters, provided they have a genuine interest in specialising in Business Immigration.

Your Role
- Advising on a varied caseload of business immigration matters including skilled worker and global mobility visa applications, with appropriate levels of supervision.
- Supporting sponsorship compliance and right to work audits, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership.
- Supporting clients with immigration queries.
- Providing immigration support on corporate transactions.
- Collaborating with Partners and Lawyers, working closely with the wider national Employment team.
- Building relationships with new clients and existing clients of the firm.
- Developing your skills, knowledge and business immigration expertise.
- Contributing to business development activity to strengthen the team and firm client base.
An experienced Paralegal or Legal Advisor with proven business immigration experience, gained either within a specialist immigration team or as part of a wider employment team. A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines. Commercially aware with some exposure to business development, with the ability to maintain and nurture strong client relationships. Able to develop a deep understanding of your client's business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client.
