We are recruiting for a Paralegal to join our Employment team in Manchester, Bristol or Birmingham.
Our Employment team enjoys an excellent reputation in the market and is ranked as a National Leader.
We are growing quickly and offer resident employment expertise in England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Many of our clients are well known names in the retail and financial services sectors and we provide a full range of employment support, including in defending Employment Tribunal claims.
Your Role As a Paralegal you will be responsible for the following; Supporting our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims Assisting with the disclosure process and preparing disclosure bundles Reviewing disclosures received from other parties Drafting Tribunal documentation including responses to claims Assisting with recording, reporting on and analysing Management Information Assisting with billing Your Skills and Experience Previous Employment Paralegal experience is preferable Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight timescales Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required Having worked previously with case management software would be beneficial Your Team TLT\’s Employment team is recognised as a \’National Leader\’ (Band 1) by the leading directory of law firms, Chambers and Partners ****.
