We are recruiting for an Office Assistant to join our Real Estate team (Future Energy Planning and Environment) in Bristol. This is a permanent, full-time, office-based role.
Your Role
- Filing at regular intervals
- Supporting fee earners with administrative tasks and actions delegated by the team supervisor
- Providing telephone support and handling client queries in fee earners\’ absence
- Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards
- File closing
