Managing Associate - Infrastructure, Planning & Parliamentary in London

We are recruiting for a Managing Associate to join our Real Estate – Infrastructure, Planning and Parliamentary team in London.

Join a collaborative team where property law meets infrastructure and regulatory challenges.Your RoResponsibilities leAdvise on land rights and consenting for large-scale infrastructure projectsHandle compulsory purchase powers (Transport Works Act Orders, CPOs, Development Consent Orders) and related processes (GVD, notice to treat/entry)Provide guidance on land law, landlord & tenant law, land registration, property tax, and environmental issues (e.g. contaminated land)Support consenting process with third party interface agreements and land and works agreementsManage portfolio transactions, supervise paralegals, and deliver projects to tight timelinesYour Skills & ExperieQualifications nceYou must be a Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supersionA forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlinesClient focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationshipsProven experience of supervising and/or managing junior team membersHave the drive and ambition to succeed as a key senior component of the team at TLT, with the commitment to developing the firm\’s offering locally and nationallyStrong Real Estate background with experience in major infrastructure projectsKnowledge of compulsory purchase regimes and statutory powersFamiliarity with construction and environmental issues affecting property transactionsExcellent project management and client-facing ski
