Join our dynamic Finance team as a Finance Administration Assistant in Bristol on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a major system implementation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial operations run smoothly, with responsibilities across compliance, client ledger management, risk, billing, supplier payments, and safeguarding client funds.
Your Role
- Manage a variety of incoming ticket requests including:
- Processing credit notes and write offs
- Processing rate amendments and revaluing WIP
- Raising and dispatching bills in line with client requirements
- Uploading e-bills to various e-billing portals
- Updating bill status within our Finance system
- Supporting with adhoc tasks as and when required
Your Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with banking software applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving abilities within a growing finance team
- Prior knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules is advantageous
