Join our dynamic Finance team as an E-Billing Assistant in Bristol on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a major system implementation.

Training & Support

In return we will invest in you. You will receive a bespoke, on‑going training programme to develop your commercial and technical skills, allowing you to deliver a varied workload to a high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of incoming ticket requests including:
  • Processing credit notes and write offs
  • Processing rate amendments and revaluing WIP
  • Raising and dispatching bills in line with client requirements
  • Uploading e-bills to various e-billing portals
  • Updating bill status within our Finance system
  • Supporting with adhoc tasks as and when required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a fast‑paced office environment
  • Familiarity with banking software applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Lateral thinking and problem‑solving abilities within a growing finance team
  • Prior knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules is advantageous
