The role will be an initial 6 month contract, with chance of extension, and will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella Company. As a Paralegal, you will provide support to the team on day to day case work, including the following tasks:

Responsibilities

  • Undertake a first level review of Data Subject Access Requests, including redactions, with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
  • Using e-disclosure platforms such as Relativity to conduct reviews.
  • Being a team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative, but as part of the team to ensure that the team\'s time is being effectively managed to meet deadlines of the existing workload.
  • Reporting into management regularly on the progression of on-going work.
  • Managing your financial outputs carefully, ensuring changes to time/cost/quality to the project are properly considered and managed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 months Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) experience.
  • Previous experience and proven technical ability working with Data Subject Access Requests.
  • Previous Paralegal experience gained within a Document Review role.
  • Proven technical ability to identify privilege.
  • Experience of using Document Review Platforms.
  • The ability to build and maintain professional relationship with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy, good organisational skills and flexibility.
