We are recruiting for a Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Real Estate Services team in Bristol. This position is offered on a full-time basis and would best suit a legal professional from a real estate background, looking for a new role with opportunity for progression.
Your Role
As a key addition to the team, day to day you will be involved with:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and other estate management work for commercial real estate clients e.g. licences to assign, lease renewals
- Project work e.g. large-scale due diligence for refinancing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, lease reports
- Providing all our clients with a high-quality service in accordance with the Firm\βs procedures
- Maintaining and improving relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offer
- Achieving targets set by the Firm
Your Skills & Experience
This role would suit an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with the following:
- A legal background in commercial property
- Strong file management skills communication, drafting skills and billing
- A good eye for detail and ability to juggle a busy and varied workload
- Excellent communication skills as this role has a high volume of interaction via the telephone
- An enthusiastic and collaborative approach to work
- A desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of development, housing and commercial property
