We are recruiting for a Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Senior Paralegal to join our Real Estate Services team in Bristol. This position is offered on a full-time basis and would best suit a legal professional from a real estate background, looking for a new role with opportunity for progression.Your RoleAs a key addition to the team, day to day you will be involved with:Freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals and other estate management work for commercial real estate clients e.g. licences to assign, lease renewalsProject work e.g. large-scale due diligence for refinancing, portfolio acquisitions and disposals, lease reportsProviding all our clients with a high-quality service in accordance with the Firm\’s proceduresMaintaining and improving relations with existing clients and spot opportunities for business development and enhancement of the current services we offerAchieving targets set by the FirmYour Skills & ExperienceThis role would suit an experienced Chartered Legal Executive or Senior Paralegal with the following:A legal background in commercial propertyStrong file management skills communication, drafting skills and billingA good eye for detail and ability to juggle a busy and varied workloadExcellent communication skills as this role has a high volume of interaction via the telephoneAn enthusiastic and collaborative approach to workA desire to learn and develop legal skills in the area of development, housing and commercial propertyYour TeamWe are one of the UK\’s largest real estate groups, with a team of over 180, advising on thousands of transactions across England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland each year.
