Based in our Bristol office, this role will play a key role in delivering Project Nova, a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across the firm’s 7 UK offices, impacting over 1,800 users. This role is being offered on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis of 12 months. Working under the guidance of the Change Lead, the Change Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact, role‑specific training to support the successful adoption of new ERP‑driven processes and ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites to establish credibility and trust within a large transformation programme.
  • Partner with change leads, functional SMEs, and implementation partners to develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes, identifying training impacts across Finance, Operations, Risk and other business functions.
  • Conduct detailed training needs analysis (TNA) and skillset assessments across all users, identifying gaps and defining targeted learning strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deliver role‑based, process‑driven training (both virtual and in‑person), including:
    • System training for Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • End‑to‑end business process training
    • User guides, simulations, and digital learning content
  • Create engaging learning assets using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office, and other digital learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
  • Support business readiness activities, including:
    • User acceptance preparation
    • Go‑live readiness
    • Hypercare/post‑go‑live support
  • Deliver training across all phases of the project lifecycle, including onsite delivery at our UK offices during key milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with Transformation.
