We are recruiting for an IT Provision & Compliance Analyst to join our Technology team in Bristol.

Your Role

Reporting to the IT Provision & Compliance Manager, you will be a member of the IT Operations Team and work within the IT Provision and Compliance Team, owning responsibility for maintaining compliance of TLT’s technical end user assets and all technical and compliance aspects of the JLT process. You will own responsibility for technical build and provision of TLT end user hardware assets. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding relevant SLA’s and OLA’s, including the measurement and monitoring of relevant KPI’s, whilst maintaining a customer-focussed approach to the role by building relationships with key stakeholders. You will be a vital part of our continued success. There isn't an "us and them" mentality and you will be recognised for your hard work and support.

As an IT Provision and Compliance Analyst your day‑to‑day remit includes:

  • Ensuring that all technical aspects of the JLT process are completed accurately and to deadline, meeting SLA’s, OLA’s and KPI’s.
  • The technical provision and management of all end user devices across all TLT offices.
  • Meeting performance, security and compliance KPI’s.
  • Performing technical compliance audits of end user devices.
  • Working with the IT Support team to manage technical stock levels and distribution.
  • Working closely with the IT technical teams and external suppliers to maintain, test and rollout end user device builds.
  • Build and distribute end user devices to support hardware renewal projects.
  • Work closely with end users to resolve technical end user device issues.
  • Maintain asset and stock records to the highest standards, and meet associated SLA’s.
  • Resolution of technical faults with end user devices.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Have a fundamental understanding of end user device management, build, configuration and compliance.
  • You will also have a comprehensive understanding of technical user onboarding and offboarding.
  • Solid experience in a technical IT role, including frontline services communicating and supporting up to 2000 users.
  • Experience in the build, configuration and delivery of technical end user devices to a firm of up to 2000 employees.
  • Experience of supporting and maintaining Active Directory, 365, Windows account management, Windows OS builds, mobile device management, end user device management, application distribution, telephony services and asset management.
