- Proven technical ability to work on a DSAR for any client or matter type, taking the role of lead reviewer: scoping out the SAR, overseeing the review through to production, and liaising closely with the QC/second-level reviewer throughout.
- Proven ability to identify privilege and handle confidential information with discretion and to run document reviews to a high standard with accuracy and minimal supervision.
- Experience of using document review platforms such as Relativity or similar e Discovery tools; a general understanding of e Discovery technology and its appropriate and effective application is essential.
- Experience of drafting and maintaining precedents and training materials.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and clients across multiple teams, as well as with external providers, with a drive for business development.
