TLT is recruiting an experienced Contract Change Trainer on a 9‑month basis. This assignment will be engaged on a competitive daily rate via an Umbrella Company. The role will be predominantly hybrid, with 2–3 days per week office attendance required in Bristol in line with programme needs.

Based in our Bristol office, this role will play a key role in delivering Project Nova, a large‑scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementation across the firm's 7 UK offices, impacting over 1,800 users. Working under the guidance of the Change Lead, the Change Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering high‑impact, role‑specific training to support the successful adoption of new ERP‑driven processes and ways of working. This is a critical role within a major transformation programme, requiring strong stakeholder engagement, experience in enterprise systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365), and the ability to operate effectively at scale across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, SMEs, and project teams across all UK sites to establish credibility and trust within a large transformation programme.
  • Partner with change leads, functional SMEs and implementation partners to develop a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP processes, identifying training impacts across Finance, Operations, Risk and other business functions.
  • Conduct detailed training needs analysis (TNA) and skillset assessments across all users, identifying gaps and defining targeted learning strategies.
  • Design, develop, and deliver role‑based, process‑driven training (both virtual and in‑person), including:
    • System training for Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • End‑to‑end business process training
    • User guides, simulations, and digital learning content
  • Create engaging learning assets using tools such as Adobe Captivate, Microsoft Office, and other digital learning platforms, ensuring accessibility and scalability.
  • Support business readiness activities, including:
    • User acceptance preparation
    • Go‑live readiness
    • Hypercare/post‑go‑live support
  • Deliver training across all phases of the project lifecycle, including onsite delivery at our UK offices during key milestones.
  • Work collaboratively with Transformation & Operations, IT, and Business teams to ensure training aligns with the wider change portfolio and communication strategy.
  • Maintain training records and contribute to reporting on change readiness, adoption, and training effectiveness.
  • Identify and elevate risks relating to training, adoption, and user readiness, proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all training materials align with the firm’s values, tone of voice, and professional standards.
  • Act as a role model for high‑quality training delivery, aligned to the firm’s Operational Change Playbook.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a change training or learning role within large‑scale transformation programmes.
  • Experience delivering training for ERP systems, with strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience supporting complex, multi‑site, cross‑functional implementations with large user populations.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes, not just system navigation.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Skilled facilitator, able to adapt delivery style to different audiences and maintain engagement.
  • Strong experience in developing content across a range of formats, including classroom, virtual, e‑learning, and video.
  • Experience with learning tools such as Adobe Captivate, LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ERP concepts into clear, user‑friendly training.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast‑paced programme.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand the wider transformation context and business impact.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of organisational change impacts.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working on legal sector transformations or within professional services environments.
  • Prior involvement in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations (Finance).
  • Experience supporting large‑scale change adoption and behavioural change initiatives.

Key Characteristics

  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast‑paced transformation environment.
  • Proactive and solution‑oriented.
  • Collaborative and relationship‑driven.
  • Passionate about delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
