Your Opportunity
TLT\'s bid team has a strong track record of winning new business from across the public and private sectors using an efficient and structured process. We are appointed to some of the most prestigious legal panels across our focus sectors and national footprint. You will assist and support the bid team in producing bids that showcase tailored solutions demonstrating our expertise and innovation. To achieve this, it is important for you to develop an understanding of TLT\'s sectors, offering and why we are different.
Responsibilities
- Mailbox, portal management and bid preparation
- Manage all communication received into our bid inbox in a proactive and structured manner.
- Maintain our portal database and accounts making sure all information is complete, accurate and submitted on time. Download all bid documents to our specific bid SharePoint site.
- Responsible for bid preparation tasks including, creation of bid matter numbers, updating our bid tracker system, creating a consistent SharePoint folder structure with documents created and stored in line with our bid guidelines.
- Support in the preparation of the bid activity schedule, highlighting tasks, responsibilities and deadlines.
- Bid support: Support the bid team in reviewing client requirements.
- Arrange bid kick off meetings, review meetings and sign-off meetings with key stakeholders.
- Create bid and presentation templates aligned with the client\'s evaluation criteria and TLT\'s brand.
- Complete standard qualification information, CVs, team structures, matter examples and due diligence requirements.
- Work with the bid team to support coordinating our internal subject matter experts to deliver legal and business services content in line with deadlines.
- Check written content for grammar and consistency ensuring it reflects TLT\'s tone of voice.
- Collect and collate bid feedback.
- Support in the creation of presentation materials for pitches.
- Content management support: Capture and categorise best in class answers incorporating both legal and business services text, experience, CVs, directory quotes, etc. for inclusion within our bid precedent library.
- Support with bids reporting.
- Maintain our panel and framework review schedules.
