We are recruiting for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Employment team in Belfast. This role would suit an employment lawyer with 1+ years PQE looking for a varied role with clear progression opportunities.
The team operate on fully flexible working basis and this role can accommodate full or part-time hours.
Your Role
As a key addition to the team, you can expected to be involved with:

Varied work supporting a range of private and public sector clients on a broad spectrum of employment matters, both non-contentious and contentious

Collaborating closely with colleagues in our Belfast office as well as our other office locations

A Qualified Solicitor, with the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

Experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters

A forward thinker, with proven analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines

Client focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships
