What You’ll Do
As a Visa Documentation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visa applicants, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional client service, guiding applicants through visa requirements.
- Managing visa applications in accordance with established procedures.
- Handling customer complaints assertively and efficiently, and dealing with difficult customers with diplomacy.
- Welcoming applicants, assisting with application completion, biometric data collection, and documentation.
- Engaging with applicants to deliver outstanding service and support.
- Maintaining accurate records and following administrative processes diligently.
- Ensuring professionalism and a friendly demeanour at all times.
Required Skills And Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Administrative proficiency with computer systems.
- Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in any other language is an advantage.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- Self-motivation and reliability, with excellent time management skills.
- Experience working face-to-face in a customer service role or retail environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced multi-cultural collaborative team environment, and at times in a high-pressure environment during peak seasons.
- Experience in a Public Sector / Government client working environment is a plus.
