In this role, you will support applicants through the visa application process, ensuring applications are handled accurately, professionally, and in line with our standard operating procedures.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting customers and supporting the completion and checking of applications
- Obtaining biometric data and managing documentation
- Following established filing and administration processes
- Ensuring every applicant receives a first-class customer experience while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
- Flagging any applications of concern to management
- Handling customer queries or complaints professionally
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Contributing to a safe, secure, and collaborative working environment
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrable customer service experience, ideally gained in a role engaging directly with the public
- Comfortable working under pressure and able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Fluent in English
- Highly detail-conscious and organised
- Professional, patient, assertive, and adaptable
