We’re Hiring: Operations Administrator

Salary: £28,500 + Bonus
TLScontact is looking for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of our offices and centres.
This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running efficiently, supporting facilities management, stock control, vendor coordination, finance administration, health & safety compliance, and general office operations.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- As an Operations Administrator, you will:
- Manage stationery, stock, inventory levels and fixed asset records
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, landlords and third-party service providers
- Raise purchase orders, request quotes and support supplier management
- Support facilities maintenance, repairs, workplace standards and office improvements
- Liaise with IT teams to help resolve operational issues quickly
- Support premises expansions, renovations and contractor coordination
- Complete daily sales accounting reports and liaise with the Finance team
- Manage fee payments, refunds, petty cash, expense claims and courier/postage tracking
- Maintain health & safety records, building licences, drills and compliance documentation
- Support contract records, renewals and supplier relationships
- Organise meetings, visitors, travel bookings, corporate events and audits
What we’re looking for
- We’d love to hear from candidates who have:
- Experience in office management, facilities management, operations or a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with vendors, suppliers or contracts
- Good understanding of health & safety requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Confidence managing records, budgets, expenses and operational documentation
- Project management experience would be an advantage
